How It Works - Televisit Renewals
Choose an appointment time that works for you. Fill out our quick and easy intake form and be sure to supply your Patient ID number, valid email address and phone number, which will be used for us to certify you with the PA Department of Health.
Answer the doctor’s call at your scheduled appointment time, which may occur up to 15 minutes earlier than your scheduled time. The doctor will call you from a number with 717 as the area code, so please answer the call.

Complete Registration
After your certification approval with our doctor, you are required to pay a fee of $50 to the PA Department of Health (PA DOH) in order to process your card with the state. Pay the PA DOH here
Wait 7-14 days for your card to arrive.
