  • Our doctor will try to call you twice at the number provided on the scheduling form. We will not issue refunds for missed calls or if you type your phone number incorrectly on scheduling form. Refunds will not be given for missed appointments not canceled 24 hours prior to the appointment time.  We suggest rescheduling a new appointment via our webpage

  • Refunds will not be given for denials by our providers for medical certifications

  • PA statute outlines all of the following conditions as applicable:

    * Amyotrophic lateral sclerosis

    * Anxiety disorders

    * Autism

    * Cancer (including remission therapy)

    * Chronic Hepatitis C

    * Crohn's disease

    * Damage to the nervous tissue of the central nervous system (brain-spinal cord - with objective neurological indication of intractable spasticity and other associated neuropathies)

    * Dyskinetic and spastic movement disorders

    * Epilepsy

    * Glaucoma

    * HIV / AIDS

    * Huntington's disease

    * Inflammatory bowel disease

    * Intractable seizures

    * Multiple sclerosis

    * Neurodegenerative diseases

    * Neuropathies

    * Opioid use disorder (for which conventional therapeutic interventions are contraindicated or ineffective or for which adjunctive therapy is indicated in combination with primary therapeutic interventions)

    * Pain - Severe chronic or intractable pain of neuropathic origin or severe chronic or intractable pain

    * Parkinson's disease

    * Post-traumatic stress disorder

    * Sickle cell anemia

    * Terminal illness

    * Tourette syndrome

    * PA law also allows a physician to qualify a patient for a medical card if there are any other medical conditions “of the same kind of class.” That means conditions like anxiety and eating disorders can also qualify, depending on a physician’s judgment.

  • We will send you a reminder email to schedule your renewal. You can begin the renewal process within 60 days of the expiration date on your current card. We recommend renewing your card at least 2 weeks in advance to ensure your new patient card is delivered before your current card expires. It can take up to 7-14 business days for your new card to arrive after the appointment with the doctor.

  • Schedule a Renewal appointment with our doctor. You do not have to renew with the doctor that originally certfied you in PA.

  • New Patient: $120

    Renewing Patient: 70

    *After your appointment with the doctor, you must log into your patient profile on the PA DOH website and pay the $50 fee to the state. Pay the state here: PA DOH

  • You will need a PA State Issued ID (such as a PA Driver’s License or PA ID Card) and a Patient ID number from the PA DOH.

  • If approved by our doctor, In approximately 7-14 days. Please call the PA DOH at 888-733-5595 to check the status

  • Yes. Patients under the age of 18 with a serious medical condition may get medical marijuana through a caregiver. See CAREGIVER FAQs for more information.

  • Yes. Our doctors certify both patients and caregivers for Medical Cards. Please see the Caregiver Information provided by the PA DOH at this link for additional requirements, including a criminal background check.
